Steven Weinberg, 2020 Special Breakthrough Prize in Fundamental Physics Laureate, Passes Away

One of the leading theoretical physicists of the last 50 years, Weinberg was awarded the Special Breakthrough Prize in Fundamental Physics in 2020 for his monumental impact on the field, including his exceptional capacity for communicating science to a wide audience through teaching, writing and science advocacy.
